Description: Adaptive Yoga LIVE is honoured to offer a 45-minute virtual adaptive yoga session. As an award-winning nonprofit—recognized with the Points of Light Award from the British Prime Minister—Adaptive Yoga LIVE champions inclusive, chair-based yoga tailored by Disabled practitioners for participants of all ages and abilities. Our session emphasizes accessibility, adaptability, and inclusivity.

Participants will be guided through gentle, seated (chair-based) movement, calming breathwork, and mindful relaxation—all with clear modifications to ensure meaningful engagement regardless of mobility level.

Whether you’re joining from a chair, wheelchair, or seated at your desk, every-body can participate in a judgment-free, supportive environment.

This one-off, inclusive wellness workshop is crafted to nurture both self-care and communal support, especially within a context that values empowerment and accessibility for all.
