Executive Director

The Center manages an annual budget of over $6M with research grants, contracts and services reaching more than 20 states, the National Research Consortium on MHIDD, as well as employing over 35 full and part-time faculty and staff. The Executive Director (ED), under the general supervision of the IOD Director, will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for NCSS faculty/staff, research grants, contracts and services, expansion, and execution of its mission. She or he will, have or develop, a deep knowledge of the MH/IDD field, core needs and programs, and business operations.

START Clinical Coordinator - PA START Allegheny (Pennsylvania)

Are you looking for an opportunity to help people improve their lives? RHD is seeking Clinical Coordinators for its START team in Allegheny County.  RHD offers a generous benefits package along with a salary of $65,000 per year, PLUS a sign on bonus of $1,500 ($750 paid upon successful completion of 90 days, $750 paid upon successful completion of 180 days). START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources and Treatment) works collaboratively with the system of support to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-existing behavioral health needs/mental health concerns. Clinical Team Leader is responsible for the supervision START Clinical Coordinators and will ensure that crisis support, linkages, outreach, and consultation services are effectively provided for individuals with a developmental disability and behavioral health needs.
