We want to hear from you!

The UNH Institute on Disability is currently revising the Prescriber Guidelines to include recent advancements in the field. In the past, both HTML and PDF versions have been made freely available. As we plan for the release of the second edition of the Prescriber Guidelines in late 2025, we would like to learn more about user preferences. Please complete this brief, two-question survey. It will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Your input will help us understand how these guidelines are being used in practice and ensure that prescribers and clinicians in the field have easy access to this important resource.
