What are Well-Being Webinars?
- Well-Being Webinars are free, live, one-hour, fully experiential webinars grounded in NCSS's values of compassion and belonging.
- These webinars are an intentional space for everyone in the IDD-MH community to pause, connect, and restore.
- Each webinar offers practical strategies, shared stories, and/or interactive activities designed to increase joy, balance, and whole-person well-being.
What is the Goal of Well-Being Webinars?
To promote well-being through practices rooted in positive psychology, PERMA+, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches.
Why are we Hosting Well-Being Webinars?
By investing in the well-being of professionals, caregivers, and self-advocates, we reinforce the capacity of the entire service system to reduce crisis, build resilience, and create environments where people and communities can truly flourish.
