AT Maker Open HouseOn February 29, 2020, our graduate class, Assistive Technology and Electronic Devices for Individuals with Physical Disabilities, will be completing a one-day hands-on experiential activity using various electronic AT devices. We are opening our lab, room 139 at Hewitt Hall, to the public. There isn’t a formal class or workshop being offered during this time, however there will be stations in which people can come and explore various devices. These stations are focused on electronic devices to support individuals who experience physical disabilities. The stations include: switch access for physical disabilities, computer access for physical disabilities, electronic aids for daily living and iPad access. We welcome families, service providers, and prospective students to stop in anytime between 1:00pm-3:00pm. Please email Stacy Driscoll at stacy.driscoll@unh.edu if you plan to attend.
