Borrowing gives you the chance to:

- Understand setup, features, and training needs
- Support insurance or funding requests with data
- Stay connected while waiting for repairs or a new device
There are many way to access AT. We recommend starting by browsing our lending library at AT4ALL—or simply tell us about the challenge you’re facing. Our team and partners will help match you with tools that may be a good fit.
Short-Term Loans (Up to 45 Days): Ideal for testing devices or covering repair downtime. Device quantities may be limited so you can focus on what works best.
Open-Ended Loans (Long-Term): Available for individuals who would not otherwise have access to the technology they need. These previously used devices are typically available at senior centers. Return them when they’re no longer needed.
We offer several cost-saving options directly through our programming or partnerships, including:
- A discount purchasing program with negotiated savings
- Custom fabrication through MakerAbility
- Access to refurbished equipment via the Refurbished Equipment Marketplace
- Long-term durable medical equipment loans through community partners
- Guidance on funding pathways like insurance or Medicaid
- Support for accessing Medicaid Waiver resources.
