JoAnne Malloy, Heidi Cloutier, and Adele Bauman present "Creating Connections NH: A Continuum of Support for Youth and Young Adults with Substance Use Disorder and/or Co-Occurring Disorders" at the NH Behavioral Health Summit in Manchester, NH, on December 6, 2022.
Adele, JoAnne, and Heidi also presented with Skerry Moir and Amber McCarthy from Greater Nashua Mental Health Center on "Implementing The Seven Challenges®: New Hampshire's Continuum of Support for Youth and Young Adults with Substance Use Disorder and or Co-Occurring Disorders." This session focused on collaborative efforts to enhance the children's system of care continuum and provided information on The Seven Challenges and Alternative Peer Groups to support youth with substance use challenges.
