Creating Connections NH would like to congratulate Michele Barbrie, Executive Director of Plymouth Area Recovery Connection (PARC) for passing her Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC) Exam! PARC is one of five new Alternative Peer Groups launching under the creating Connections NH expansion.
