Professional Background
Mary joined the IOD in June 2015 as short-term contractor and was hired in February 2016 as a full-time Project Director. Prior to working for the IOD Mary spent thirty years in advocacy roles for individuals experiencing developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders. Mary’s experience includes training, quality improvement initiatives and advocacy for the enhancement of supports and services.
