The NH Living Well (LW) Quality Frameworks grant focuses on utilizing strong and long-lasting partnerships with self-advocates, direct support professionals, state agencies, providers, families, and advocacy organizations to improve the supports and services for people with disabilities within the state.

Dream Big: Tools for Supporting Individual Choice & a Robust Community-Based Life

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) training developed through the partnership of the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities, ABLE NH and People First of NH. This training focuses on the DSP’s role in supporting choice for persons with disabilities in five life domains: Employment, Health Care, Life-Long Learning, Civic Engagement and Community Living.
