Background

Grace Stott is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in operations management, food insecurity research, and community nutrition and public health. Grace earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of New Hampshire. During graduate school, her research was focused on the food insecurity prevalence of college students with disabilities, and she concurrently was a trainee with the NH-ME LEND program. She is excited to stay involved with the University while working on the Disability and Health Program with the Institute on Disability.
