Data & Evaluation Specialist

The position will be responsible for supporting all data collection, analysis, and dissemination needs for the Children’s Behavioral Health (CBH) team at the IOD. This includes supporting the development of data maps, wireframes, databases, data reporting and collection procedures, data management, reporting, visualizations, and dissemination.

The data and evaluation specialist will assist with the development of reports, and data for presentations and other publications across CBH projects, and will assist staff to design and disseminate surveys, and measures for process and outcome data collection and evaluation. The position will support the development of research and evaluation activities for local, state, and federal grants and contracts in children’s behavioral health and working with the director and leaders to create a research agenda.

Reporting directly to the IOD CBH Director, the position will work closely with program support staff and the IOD Marketing and Communications staff, as needed. The data and evaluation specialist will be fluent in QuickBase, Qualtrics, Redcap, Excel, Tableau, NIRS, and other tools and platforms.
