Share your art in the IOD Calendar
For more than 20 years, the IOD has published a nationally distributed, full-color calendar celebrating creativity, community, and inclusion through original artwork and inspiring messages. We’re excited to invite artists of all experience levels to submit artwork for the 2027 edition.
At the IOD, we believe communities are strongest when everyone belongs. Our calendar is one way we celebrate diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and the creativity that connects us.
Who can submit?
Everyone is welcome. Artists of all experience levels working in two-dimensional mediums — such as drawing, painting, or photography — are encouraged to participate. You may submit newly created work or pieces from an existing portfolio.
Submission guidelines:
- Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork.
- Artwork must be two-dimensional.
- Selected artwork will be paired with a quote chosen by the IOD.
- The submission deadline is Sunday, July 19.
- Artists will be notified by Friday, August 7, if their work is selected.
