Biennial mammograms are recommended by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force for women ages 50-74. In NH, most women (98%), with and without disabilities, in this age group report ever having had a mammogram. However, women with disabilities are significantly less likely than women without disabilities to be having mammograms at the recommended intervals.
