RTC Media includes documentary films, educational and training video programs, organizational profiles, and interviews, all developed through the Research and Training Center on Community Living (RTC/CL) at the University of Minnesota's Institute on Community Integration. RTC/CL provides research, evaluation, training, technical assistance and dissemination to support the aspirations of persons with developmental disabilities to live full, productive, and integrated lives in their communities.
