By participating in this RENEW training program, I acknowledge that the University of New Hampshire is the exclusive owner of the Program and Materials and all associated goodwill and registrations. I agree to maintain the fidelity of the Program, and I acknowledge that I have no right to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, or distribute the Program and Materials, unless agreed to in writing by the University of New Hampshire. All uses of the RENEW Program and Materials by me will inure solely to the benefit of the University of New Hampshire. I agree that I will not remove notices and legends placed on the Materials. I will retain the following notice on all copies of the Materials: © 2011–2024 University of New Hampshire. I acknowledge that upon termination of the license agreement between the University of New Hampshire and my organization, all right to use the Materials provided to me will revert fully to the University of New Hampshire and I will cease use of the Program and Materials.
