Michelle Kluttz

Professional Background

Michelle has been working in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Health challenges in different capacities since graduating from UNC. She has worked for the LME/MCO in NC and a private provider in different leadership roles. For the past 13 years she has been working with NC START as the Regional Director and also serves as her agency's state director for START to provide leadership and consistency to both teams.
