Professional Background
Kristal Garcia is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas and New Mexico. She received her master’s degree from New Mexico State University in 2013. For over a decade, Kristal has worked to promote quality mental health services for people with IDD/MH and their families. In 2018, Kristal received the START Clinical Team Leader Award for excellence in clinical leadership on a START team.
