
Ginny Reding
Ginny Reding is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Arkansas with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in the mental health field with an emphasis on family systems models. She is a Quality Assurance/SIRS Specialist with the National Center for START Services® (NCSS) and has worked with START programs since early 2014. Ginny worked as a Clinical Team Lead with the Arkansas START program from 2014 to 2019 and as a consultant for the New Hampshire START program from 2019 to 2022. She started part-time with NCSS in the fall of 2020 and became full-time in November of 2022. Ginny is a Past President of the Arkansas Counseling Association (2022-2023) and continues in an active role with their annual conference planning committee.
