Caitlyn Veenstra holds graduate degrees in education from the University of New Hampshire and Plymouth State University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Education program in Learning, Leadership, and Community at Plymouth State University. As an educator, Caitlyn has helped develop an interdisciplinary seminar course and co-presented data-informed learning outcomes at the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) annual conference. Her background in project management, course development, and training has deepened her understanding of the needs of adult, online learners. Caitlyn is dedicated to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning spaces that foster a sense of belonging for everyone. Her professional interests include fostering a sense of belonging in educational environments, data management, assessing the effectiveness of learning environments, and promoting education for minoritized communities.
