Amy has been part of the Institute on Disability since 2022 and currently serves as the primary administrative lead for the IOD, providing comprehensive senior administrative leadership across departmental operations. She is particularly passionate about planning, organization, and creating thoughtful systems of support that help teams thrive and people feel valued. Amy is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership with a focus on Human Resource and Organizational Development, expected in spring 2027, and has also explored the connection between organizational leadership and the natural environment through environmental coursework. Outside of work, she is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and backpacking, and runs a mini homestead. Her corgi, Lucas, is a favorite furry co-worker and may occasionally make an appearance while visiting desks around the IOD.
