The Institute on Disability’s Consumer Advisory Council presents:

Strengthening meaningful person-centered supports: Connecting to our commitment to quality person-centered practices

"Person-Centered Thinking", "Person-Centered Planning" and "Person-Centered Practice" are commonly used phrases in New Hampshire. These are concepts that we support, but how do we know that person-centeredness is being implemented effectively? We want to promote systems change that makes person-centered principles not just an aspiration but a reality in the lives of people who require services and supports across the lifespan.

This event will focus on energizing our commitment to person-centeredness in New Hampshire and explore how to support multiple opportunities in the state to ensure each person is at the center of their own planning.
