Description: Connect the dots between school systems, area agencies, vocational rehabilitation, adult service agencies, STABLE Accounts, and your dreams for the future. Using person-centered, student-directed planning practices, students will work to achieve future goals, including accessing post-secondary education and career opportunities. Register for this session to expand your vision of a Good Life for yourself, or family member, and affect positive change in local and state policies and practices. Based on participants’ interests, we will explore tools and strategies to impact positive change in practice and policy.
