INTELLIGENT LIVES Premiere & Screening

Please join us for the NH premiere screening of Dan Habib’s new film INTELLIGENT LIVES with filmmaker Dan Habib and Executive Producers, Academy Award-winning actor Chris Cooper and his wife, actress/author Marianne Leone Cooper. The evening will include:

• A VIP reception (5:00 p.m.) before the screening attended by the Coopers, Dan Habib, and other stars from the film. Light refreshments served.
• The New Hampshire premiere screening of INTELLIGENT LIVES (6:30 p.m.)
• A Q&A/discussion with the Coopers, Dan Habib, and additional stars from the film following the screening
• Students are free for the 6:30 screening! Just identify yourself as a student (grade school through college) at the door.

INTELLIGENT LIVES stars three pioneering young American adults with intellectual disabilities – Micah, Naieer, and Naomie – who challenge perceptions of intelligence as they navigate high school, college, and the workforce. Academy Award-winning actor and narrator Chris Cooper contextualizes the lives of these central characters through the emotional personal story of his son Jesse, as the film unpacks the shameful and ongoing track record of intelligence testing in the U.S.

INTELLIGENT LIVES challenges what it means to be intelligent, and points to a future in which people of all abilities can fully participate in higher education, meaningful employment and intimate relationships.
