Building Futures Together NH
is an apprenticeship program that equips paraprofessionals in community-based organizations, healthcare, and school settings to provide specialized enhanced care coordination to families who are impacted by opioid and other substance use disorders.
Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS)
is a proactive, data-informed framework that helps schools support every student’s behavioral needs. With its three-tiered model, MTSS empowers educators to prevent disruptions and foster learning environments where every student feels seen, supported, and capable.
NH Rapid Response Crisis Training
is a training and certification program that prepares crisis responders to meet people in their toughest moments with skill, compassion, and confidence. It’s a key part of New Hampshire’s statewide Rapid Response system.
NH Wraparound
is a collaborative, youth- and family-driven approach for supporting young people with significant emotional or behavioral challenges. It brings together a dedicated, community-based team to walk alongside families as they navigate the path forward—one step at a time.
RENEW
(Resilience, Empowerment, and Natural supports for Education and Work) is a youth-directed school-to-career planning process that helps youth map out their goals while building supportive relationships. It’s a strengths-based, future-focused planning process that connects learning, life, and work.
Substance Use and Youth
helps community providers and peer support organizations grow their capacity to serve youth, young adults, and families affected by substance use. The goal: high-quality, thoughtful care that meets young people where they are.
We Are Here
centers the voices of individuals from marginalized communities across New Hampshire as they seek behavioral healthcare and social services. Through video storytelling and curated resources, We Are Here challenges systems to be more responsive to people’s unique cultural experiences—and helps people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Wildcats for Recovery
is a UNH campus initiative to support students with substance use challenges. This program is open to any UNH students, individuals in recovery, and recovery allies alike.
