This February, Jennifer Rabalais, Co-Director of the Center on Aging and Community Living (CACL) was awarded a scholarship from the CVS Health Foundation to attend the 2020 American Society on Aging (ASA) Leadership Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. She received this honor for her regional and national leadership in the aging arena. The ASA Leadership Institute is a five-day leadership development intensive that’s designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in the field of aging. This unique leadership development opportunity is open to established professionals in the field of aging who have a strong interest in building personal leadership skills and capabilities, including effectiveness in current or future professional positions.

"I am very excited to participate in this wonderful opportunity," said Jennifer Rabalais, "and I look forward to developing relationships with others in the aging field nationally."

Jennifer has been an active member of CACL since its inception. She has over 20 years’ experience working on programs for older adults, individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as chronically and acutely ill populations in community-based settings. Her tireless commitment to creating communities and systems that fully support and utilize the strengths of New Hampshire’s older population has been instrumental in preparing citizens and policymakers to support the aging of its population.
