Professional Background
Morgan Futrell is a licensed clinical social worker with more than six years of experience working with individuals with IDD/MH. She is the Quality Assurance Project Coordinator at the National Center for START Services. Morgan earned a Masters Degree in Criminology and Social Work from Florida State University. Since completing graduate school, Morgan has worked within the START model in various capacities including START Coordinator, Clinical Team Leader and Associate Clinical Director on two North Carolina START teams.
