The Toolkit provides information and resources for research partnerships between individuals with and without intellectual disability.
The materials contained in the Toolkit, or parts of, may be reproduced without prior permission provided the citation below is listed. The citation is not required if the materials are adapted to Licensee’s research project when used in research project materials used with community research partners.
Use of any of The Equipped to Engage Toolkit materials for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without the explicit written permission (which may be available via a license agreement) of the University of New Hampshire and Syracuse University. Data Use and Privacy
Registration is optional and can be completed using the Contact Us or Feedback forms. The Equipped to Engage Toolkit authors may access a registrant’s information to operate, maintain, and improve The Equipped to Engage Toolkit. Registrant information, including responses surveys may be used for scholarly purposes and conducting research. When necessary or appropriate, user information may be shared to comply with applicable laws and/or to comply with lawful requests and legal process, including responses to requests from public and government authorities.
The license granted in this Agreement is provided "as is" and without WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or any other warranty, express or implied. The Equipped to Engage Toolkit and the University of New Hampshire make no representation or warranty that the use of Toolkit or materials will not infringe any proprietary rights of a third party.
Under no circumstances shall The Equipped to Engage Toolkit, the University of New Hampshire, or Syracuse University be liable to Licensee or any third party for direct or indirect damages of any character, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Licensee agrees to hold The Equipped to Engage Toolkit, the University of New Hampshire, or Syracuse University harmless for any and all liability The Equipped to Engage Toolkit, the University of New Hampshire, or Syracuse University may incur as a result of Licensee's use of the Toolkit.
Licensee understands and accepts that the Equipped to Engage Toolkit and the University of New Hampshire are under no obligation to provide maintenance or support services, notices of latent defects, or correction of defects for the Toolkit.
