Spring is in the air here at the NH Leadership Series, which means we are counting down to graduation for the Class of 2022. To complete the series is a considerable accomplishment- and we are impressed by the work the Class of 2022 has accomplished during our entirely virtual training series. Participants have met with national leaders, state lawmakers, and experts on a range of issues from oral health to promoting sponsored decision making as an alternative to guardianship.
Members of the Class of 2022 have been appointed to state-level committees, nominated for boards like ABLE NH and organizations like MomsRising, received scholarships from PIC to attend educational trainings, and even won a prestigious national fellowship. In addition to the accolades, members of this year's cohort have contributed their unique perspectives and talents, made time for reflection on their goals, and answered the question for themselves about what it means to live a good life in the spirit of Annie Forts- one of the champions of our NH Leadership Series.
Thank you to all our graduates and partners who have made this a standout year for the series. Thanks to group leaders and mentees, Alicia Buono, Caitlyn Fulton, Nancy Glynn, Melissa Mandrell, Marcella Termini, Jay Wilson, Ansley Womble, and coordinator Deb Genthner.
Whether you have welcomed the class on the listserv, invited them to events, served as a speaker for the series, made a financial contribution, or nominated one of our outstanding participants- thank you! We are already gearing up for the Class of 2023 so if you have ideas or would like to be involved, please reach out.
Regards,
