About the Program
Steps 2 Success combines online coursework with hands-on experience to prepare individuals for rewarding careers in behavioral health. Apprentices gain the knowledge, mentorship, and nationally recognized credentials needed to thrive in this fast-growing field.
- Length: 16 weeks online instruction + 2,000 hours on-the-job training
- Start Date: February 2, 2026
Who Can Apply?
Steps 2 Success is open to individuals who:
- Are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have entry-level experience in behavioral health
- May or may not have lived experience with behavioral health, substance use, or justice involvement
