  • Establish healthy boundaries, 
  • Develop positive, safe relationships
  • Find support if a relationship seems unsafe
  • Get involved with social opportunities across campus

Know Before They Go (Out): Talking About Alcohol & Drugs

In this session, you'll learn how to:

  • Understand what substance use looks like on college campuses
  • Spot factors that increase or reduce risk for students
  • Talk more effectively with your student about alcohol and drugs
  • Connect with campus resources that support healthy choices
