Understanding Your College Student’s Emotional Health

- What to know about your students' role in UNH's academic environment

- Helping your student to reach out and proactively care for their emotional health
Session 3. October 1, 2025
Know Before They Go (Out): Talking About Alcohol & Drugs
In this session, you'll learn how to:
- Understand what substance use looks like on college campuses
- Spot factors that increase or reduce risk for students
- Talk more effectively with your student about alcohol and drugs
- Connect with campus resources that support healthy choices
