The NH-ME LEND Spotlight actively publishes highlights of LEND activities and features stories about our dedicated partner organizations and alums. We know there is lots of good work being accomplished in New Hampshire and Maine and would like to hear from you! We are looking for stories about how your professional role or work in your community has impacted the system of care. How is your work creating more inclusive environments for all? How does your organization contribute to the wider disability community? Share how your LEND experience has impacted your work, life experience, or professional path. By sharing your story with Spotlight, you will inspire others to lead!
Our readership is broad and includes individuals who experience disability, professionals, community partners, family members, and current trainees who are dedicated to improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and special health care needs. They count on Spotlight to keep them connected to the mission of LEND and informed about progress toward a more inclusive and equitable world in which all people belong.
Your story may contain up to 350 words – keep it short and engaging and targeted to a broad audience. Your story will be reviewed by the LEND Communication Team and if your submission is accepted, we will work with you to refine your story for publication.
