The evidence-based intervention Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) is designed to support students who benefit from increased positive adult interactions throughout their day and additional structure around their routines.
Teams participating in this virtual retreat will learn how to install CICO, or improve existing implementation efforts. Teams will have time to work together in virtual breakout rooms to develop an action plan.
This training will include instruction in understanding the essential system requirements and creative ways to adapt the model for any type of learning environment, as well as to support successful transition back to in-person learning.
Who Should Attend:
MTSS/PBIS school teams who are implementing targeted or Tier 2 or 3 behavior supports, and supporting students in different types of learning environments.
