About this Event:

Direct care workers are an integral part of the health care system and the demand for these workers is projected to markedly increase. This webinar, the second in a series on NH’s direct care workforce, will focus on NH based solutions to address the direct care workforce shortage including:

  • Current training and apprenticeship opportunities
  • Examples of NH based programs that target recruitment and retention of workers 
  • Policy reforms to increase pay, benefits, etc.
  • Advocacy actions to implement solutions
