Project Partners

The CACL supports the pooling of resources available through the Institute on Disability and the Institute on Health Policy and Practice, as well as enhancing collaborations with the Carsey Institute at UNH, the UNH School of Law, the UNH Survey Center, and other related University departments. The center promotes strong working relationships with all related units within the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, the center works closely with community based organizations recognizing that a comprehensive approach is needed to successfully prepare NH for the aging of our population.

The CACL serves as a bridge between state and community based initiatives through convening, educating, and advocating on long term care issues in our state. The CACL has the capacity to serve as the fiscal agent and project management resource to assist partners in managing its systems change and community initiatives.
