Keeping 'PACE' with the Changing Landscape of LTSS Payment Models

Join us to continue the dialogue around New Hampshire’s commitment to a high-quality and effective Long Term Services and Supports system. On June 21 we will  focus on funding options, including PACE, which has recently emerged as a potential model for New Hampshire. In the morning session, experts will describe PACE, with an opportunity for Q&A. In the afternoon, a panel will explore alternate payment models within the larger NH landscape.
