Family- and Youth-Driven Wraparound is a facilitated, team-based process to assist children and youth with significant emotional or behavioral challenges and their family to develop a plan that will lead to improvements in the child’s and family’s life. Wraparound is facilitated by a well-trained and coached individual called a Wraparound Coordinator. Family and youth peer support are integral parts of the NH Wraparound model. This training is the first step in preparing individuals to facilitate the Wraparound process.
This training is for NH Wraparound practitioners, including family and youth peer support specialists. To register, please talk to your supervisor or Wraparound coach.
