ADA at 25: many bridges to cross (cover)

Persons with disabilities are less likely to graduate from high school than persons without disabilities, according to a new report released by the Center for the Independence of the Disabled, New York. The report, prepared by Susan M. Dooha with data analysis by the IOD research team, shows that 88.3% of persons with no disability nationwide have a high school diploma, as opposed to only 75.6% of persons with one or more disabilities. This disparity will have a lifelong impact on employment and income.
