Professional Background

Lauren joined the Institute on Disability in 2021 as the Director of Operations. Lauren’s previous experience includes State of NH service in which developed and oversaw the implementation of a program supporting low income families who were victims of domestic violence, the creation of multi-faceted program tracking and improvements, and oversaw a multitude of mental health based programs from a high level operational view point. Lauren has experience in outpatient mental health therapy, program evaluation, program operations, program design, and leadership. In her current role as the Director of Operations, Lauren oversees the NCSS Operations Department which includes oversite of the NCSS finances and budgets, developing and tracking contracts, providing support regarding hiring and onboarding of staff, and ensuring operations are in place to support the clinical field teams.
