Kate came to the behavioral health field after years of working in women’s reproductive health and seeing a great need for access to high quality behavioral health services. After completing an internship at Concord Hospital Family Health Center and her master’s at Plymouth State, Kate worked briefly with youth and families as a community-based therapist, in NH’s community mental health system. Kate worked for two years as a NH Wraparound Coordinator, before transitioning into her coaching role with the IOD.

Projects

Wraparound is a youth-or family-driven process that supports children or youth with significant emotional or behavioral challenges and their families. Wraparound brings together a community-based team to support the family by developing and monitoring a plan of care that builds on family and youth strengths and addresses their needs.
