Professional Background
Caitlyn Fulton graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in economics in 2014 and is a proud alumna of the NH Leadership Series class of 2020. Born with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita, she was a strong self-advocate while at UNH, founding UNH Access4All, a club for her fellow students with disabilities and allies on campus. Her experience as a paraprofessional in a local school district sparked a passion for increased advocacy in the field of special education. Caitlyn is currently an AT Administrative Program Specialist with Assistive Technology in NH and also works with the UNH-4U Program, both at the UNH Institute on Disability.
