Cancelled: 2020 Age of Champions Health Fair
COVID-19 Update: In order to protect our communities, The Center on Aging and Community Living is following the guidance of public health officials and suspending in-person meetings and events. Admittedly, it is with an especially heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Age of Champions, scheduled for April 25th. While we do this with sadness we know it is the right thing to do. We also know the momentum in building this event is not lost. We appreciate all the support received from so many throughout the planning process and plan to build on this in planning the 2021 Age of Champions. Thank you to everyone for your partnership and ongoing efforts to support healthy aging.
Need to shake off the winter blues and feel a spring in your step? Then head over to UNH and take in the Age of Champions Health and Wellness Fair!
This free community event celebrates healthy aging across the lifespan. Our motto is “It’s never too soon to age well!” Come and enjoy a day of fun and facts about how to get and stay well as we grow older.
There will be free demonstrations, a pickle ball tournament, Car Fit (get yourself seated safely in your vehicle), a cycling clinic led by Northeast Passage, and multiple vendor tables where you can engage with knowledgeable experts in a host of areas including your mental well-being, your physical well-being and your creative well-being!
There is something for all ages at the Fair. Bring the whole family out for a day of healthy living.
